I'm most happy and fulfilled at work when I know I play an integral part in the success of my department, store and the corporation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have enjoyed working in a gracious, encouraging, friendly and team work oriented culture and environment that truly cares about meeting health and safety codes, pleasing customers and meeting their needs as well as meeting corporate goals... together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
In a department that requires quality, precision and beautiful presentation in a fast paced environment to deliver the product in a timely manner I like how we challenge and encourage each other to excellence, working together as a team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were thought provoking, requiring transparency and gave a good sense for the various challenges I would face working for the company. I felt the interview challenged me enough to make an educated decision to go forward and take the job offer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are friendly, encouraging, approachable, patient and gracious. They are not heavy handed. They have vision for corporate goals and effectively lead our team to reach them. They are not threatened by the desire of team members to strive for excellence or advance in the company giving opportunity
