I made friends and have wonderful health insurance but long hours with little gratitude and pay cap being a low amount do not make it worth it as a long term job.

Everyone is feeling the strain of too few hours for the amount of work that needs to be done but despite that they are cheerful, kind, and helpful to other employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only reason I stay is the health insurance is good. The pay is low with lots of work expected. No chance at stock or equity in the company unless you buy it privately.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The manager fights for more hours for everyone to get things done and understands that with less hours less work gets done but still pushes you to complete it so they do not get into trouble.
