My coworkers promote not being frustrated over small stuff that the company tries to use to manipulate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have to pay for insurance, which makes it less of a perk when it's not actually included
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are pretty kind. They don't know how to train new employees very well so that is stressful for the new guys but they eventually learn
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The manager is very rude when people make mistakes. She can be very condescending and people that know her/know of her elect to work at a different store to avoid her
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm new and stressed because I am not really being trained as much as I'm being thrown in the deep end of the pool to sink or swim so sometimes I don't get my work done on time
