Overall I believe a majority of our store mgrs just come and talk to us when they are in a panic because of visits by ipper mgmt. It hilarious to a a point . Except the extreme stress the cause over nothing at all. I ha e watched two persons please walk out in four years just because we had a visit.

I think we should get raises based on evaluation s.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co workers when we have a good crew its ok to smile and enjoy ourselves.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being appreciative . A simple thank you and actually acknowledge you for a job well done. Training they don't have time to train their emplyees properly . Store mgr.1960 never says thank you. I once said good morning on my way into my shift to hear not good morning first then could you get your name
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all smile and get along great together. If only we didn't have such bad turn around. There are three of us that have worked for two plus not counting mgr. One more thing negative is they treat out ten plus year China people horrible. they come in groups of mgrs to yell. China on time never absen
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team that have been there a while . Really get along . We all know what each other is good at . We actually laugh enjoy ourselves and our customers laugh with us. My mgr is really awesome when it comes to family time. If we need the day off she always gives it to us as long as it's in her book.
