Don't hire lazy people, be more strict about the standard of the workers you hire. It should be nothing but the best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I asked for a raise and was told I was at the height of what I can earn at my current position. I am worth more than I am making and I have more responsibilities that are unaccounted for.
