This is difficult. At my old company we were evaluated and promoted based on work ethics. Here I was told they don't do evaluations. Furthermore if you do well you are looked at as a threat instead of someone just wanting to be a hard worker with a smile. They don't like different people.
What makes you most happy at work?
My customer interactions. I work at the fuel station and have gotten to know may of our regulars. I like be ready to serve and provide them with valued customer service when they arrive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My immediate supervisor has no management skills. She takes the time off she wants and everyone else works around her schedule. She gets employees to take care of her animals while she is on vacation and apparently offers them "good" schedules in return for the help. Store Director turn a blind eye.
