how about being fair to all employees trying to move up and equally interviewing them when qualified?
my team is great. My complaint is about equal opportunities with the promotion process and not being interviewed for positions that I am qualified for.
For the job I do, I am paid well however, I am not happy with not being interviewed for positions especially when I am qualified for the position
I do not feel that promotions are fairly being given. I mean, you can have years of experience but if you dont have years with Safeway, you are treated unfairly and not even interviewed for the position. I do not feel comfortable giving my name because I do not want backlash.
