Everyone except our immediate manager is capable and competent and hardworking

Understaffed, unacceptably high turn over, horrible management, and no process implementation
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring competent management who have good leadership skills.ie: willing to take responsibility for their mistakes and not using their downteam to take the blame to make themselves look good
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
If I'm called in under the auspices of a certain job applied for, they should tell me that they are trying to give me a different position than the one they ended up offering me
