Nice hiring manager, understanding. But you have to realize that the hiring manager will not be your store manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Minimum wage, even after 3 years my co workers have had zero pay increase! Rediculous scheduling and headaches for minimum wage. No point in trying unless a teen or desperate unless in department like deli or floral or something
