better work ethics, be more creative, more considerate, more on top of things. case in point, I still develop python code to help me on the job to make up for my autism.

courtesy clerks should be following the 5-ft rule, looking to see if someone needs help. cashiers need to be equally talkative as well as performant, not one over the other, so lines are not so backed up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my manager comes in two hours late, when the load is broken down already, walks around the store talking, and not working, and during all of this I have to make for his inaction. I have autism, and I am making up for my manager. What is wrong with this picture. I am their fastest!
