What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have good customers who are patient. Many people are nice and polite. Good customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was even trained &told any company policies. Lots of stealing of food drinks at night shift . Tons of stuff goes missing even box openers new hires are blamed.It is a sad & nasty place to work small towns etc.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
First of all do not try in push all positions on fist interview. Also do not change person who preforms this. Also put someone one two days a week and have walk ins maybe once a week local companies are doing this after r they are encouraged to apply.
