Positive Reviews From Salesforce Employees

  • What makes you most happy at work?
The potential the company sees in me, and the future that has been set out for me
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a very friendly, open place
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
Much more of a selling as a team rather than selling as an individual set up. In the BDR org, I have a large additional commission pool that is just tied to the success of my organization. I've never seen a sales org so structurally incentivize their people to help peers.

Constructive Feedback From Salesforce Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't felt undervalued till now. The team is great.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I love my team. I suppose more team get togethers could help!
