Review from Operations Dept

I don't know how the customers perceive the store. I don't shop there knowing how they treat us and how jam packed the clothes are . You can't even see the items and nothing is washed or cleaned

Helping people and meeting new people

Having the freedom to express my ideas and being able to implement them.

Able to help children and speak to coworkers as well as parents

selling things to people less fortunate and in need

Review from Marketing Dept

Not feeling like walking on eggshells. Being allowed to be human, to grow and learn, even if you forget or get it wrong the first time.

Review from Marketing Dept

Customers & Volunteers! They are awesome. I get support & motivation from them. I am committed to them & they acknowledge that through their care & affirmation.

Being able to help and be of service to the people.

I'm grateful for flexibility and opportunities to try new things. I love the innovative nature of The Salvation Army.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Get rid of Major Doreen and Daniel they get off on intimating staff Freeman

Prices are to high to be a thrift store

Better supervisors and communication among associates

Treating everyone equally and give all clients a fair equal chance

People don't stay long due to the unsafe environment. Get rid of acceptance of bad behavior

Review from Customer Success Dept

The local management is awful yet still here. Headquarters expect you to do way more stuff than is your job yet dont make the local management pay their employees a dedent wage.

The officers and the staff they confide in don't have set standards for everyone. Theres no grace shown at all you are a part of their clique.

Have better managers running the place

Policies, empathy. Better management and implementation of resources

Better management Especially with some skills in leading

Look into the misconduct and don't just show a review.

Again, smile on employee faces less bad gestures behind another employee. Not favoring one employee because of their ethnicity. And once again smile and no matter their ethnicity Dont get mad at customers especially the ones come in every week and buy-200 a week. I have received numerous complaints

Review from Sales Dept

The Captains they need to be more experienced

Too much is being asked of too few people. Unrealistic deadlines and work loads. We need to invest in an appropriate number of staff members to accomplish the work.

Review from Communications Dept

Hire more competent employees for the job

Review from Executive Dept

The customers that come in can REALLY be slobs/have no sense or concientiousness.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It needs to be better values as a whole, the employees are not appreciated

Review from Operations Dept
