my flower section. ive never seen an area so positive in my work. the customers are nice and get extremely excited about flowers and flower questions i enjoy making bouqiets and arrangements for them and its the only time i feel happiness at that job

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? NOTHING
If someone has a concern they can bring it up in the meeting and they will address it.
Some are great but everyone good is overworked and tired. Physically but akso not heard mentally either
we help each other and serve as mental therapists every single day of work. we work there, just because we got to pay the rent and bills.
