Having enough people to work so everyone gets their breaks and we're not scrambling to get everything done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication!!! There has been numerous times me and my coworkers said that we cannot work a certain day and they said they would take care of it but don't. They also emphasize how breaks are important but there have been numerous occasions where I havent gotten a break or taken it way past 6 hrs.
