By having better management and accountability.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Who knows, im not in an interviewing process, I don't know what they do or say, all I can see is the garbage they hire.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Have a store manager that is more involved and holds people accountable and stops walking around with his little boys club and smoking every 20 minutes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked myself to death to finally start earning $15 dollars an hour. I've been cursed at, stressed out, called names (by management) and still am here waiting for a change, I work in the fresh area and was told we make more money in fresh because we have to know more. Yet everyone now makes 15...
