What does the leadership team need to get better at?
MANAGING. None of my managers are leaders. Hell 90% of the teamleads arent leaders. Its pure nepotism
What did you like most about the interview process?
I never interviewed. I applied and got an email for orientstion a month and a half later
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When its time to clock out for the day. We dont have group meetings (my gm says its a waste of time).
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need better management and team leads that actually lead and set an example. Its easy to see who got the promotions. Theyre noses are stained brown from being up management ass
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because we dont matter to the higher ups. Everyone makes the same basepay. Yet with covid were cinstantly shorthanded from employees abusing the leave if absence policy. So workers like me have to take up slack constantly and help in every department. Never hear good iob.
