Never met the CEO. I feel like there is alot of favoritism. And there is no consequence for members who repeatedly cuss you out, leave without being scanned, or have to be sent to member service for a mistake. I have never been so disrepected by customers and no back up from managment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More training. More people. They are spread thin. They cant be everywhere

Bonus are nice even though we probably wont be getting them much longer

Liked the girl interviewing me. Was very friendly and easy to talk to

Willing to help out where needed. Always short staffed. Schedule always a mess.

Some of my co workers make my day better but management needs a lot of work. And quitting time
