Stop denying associates the opportunity to change depts. To stop rejecting a vacation request that is put in two or months in advance. To bring them to the realization that letting their associates know they have no real value is not a good thing.
After 14 years at the same club it's a morale killer to be paid the exact same as a new hiree who never held a job before. Being qualified for a job in a different dept, offered the job and have the mgr of current dept not let the associate go to that job. If I was valued they'd want to see me grow
