They wrongfully fired me and didnt pay me for a day i know for sure i worked and have proof that i had worked that day

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The workers. The members make it hostile and the managers screw you out of your days off (i was supposed to have wednesdays and thursdays off for personal reasons and they never gave me those days off even though they approved the request
