What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive is some of the workers there that are willing to go the extra step to help the customer unlike the managers who are rude and refuse to help customers especially if they are white.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have no idea about benefits or anything because my managers never bothered to explain anything to me or let me know anything. They are lazy and do not try to help you with anything. They are not fair with work. They are bullies to workers. The management is awful for the stores reputation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

You can improve by hiring new mangers that actually care about the well being of your company succeeding. The customers are suffering due to the laziness of the managers that dont train the workers properly and do not take their job serious. They also do not do their job when the worker needs help

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The co workers are easy to work with. It is the managers that sit around and do nothing or never help you with anything important in the job. Even if you ask for help for a customer they either dont help you at all or answer with how you can help even if you cant leave your area.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They stand around and talk instead of working. They need to treat the customers better. If a customer ask for something they will say they are out when we are not to be lazy. They will also take a very long time to get anything for a customer with a ticket for an item. The managers make fun of custo
