They treat their people like shit. Constantly "forget" to give you your legally mandated breaks. Never let you off work on your scheduled time then yell at you for working overtime. No one ever answers the phone and as a merchandiser, I shouldnt get stuck relieving someone at the gas booth for hours

Getting off work and going home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my coworkers are awesome and nice others are ignorant and tall behind your back and also do nothing and nevwr seem to get in trouble for it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers that can actually manage, enough co workers to conplete the work in sufficient time so we arent forced to work overtime every night and stopped getting yelled at for it when its out of our control. Management does nothing to help correct these issues. So many more...
