Supervisor (s) don't have much confidence in team and micromanage to the point of creating a hostile work environment. Lack of proper training. Supervisor s don't follow Sam code of ethics. They treat works like 3 world citizens.

Higher up need accountability I have not been properly trained and still don't know where to get my schedule

Your hired part was the best I was excited 2 paychecks later going to work I have to expect being treated poorly
