my manager is terrible at making schedules and even worse at working with his employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay is better than it was to start, but still not enough for all I put up with. Trying to even get access to my full time benefits has been a nightmare and management has been no help. Hours get cut unfairly in spite of work put in to avoid overtime.
