When I first started a few years ago it was a great place to work now different ceo and the worst place to work morel is low people quit constantly pushing out older staff in favor of younger hires micromanagement management favoritism bullying

Uninspiring just told the basics they do not have an HR official

Overwhelmed over worked no breaks getting lunch beyond 6th hour especially on a busy weekends

High technology theft in our store caused quarterly bonuses to be reduced to cover losses
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to fire this management team and hire people who will do their jobs as they are meant to be done
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Corporate needs to make more visits to ensure the company is running as it should there are too many overlooked violations in my store
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management needs to treat associates better bring back teamwork team meetings for both day and evening shifts associates feel undervalued uninvolved in the business were not robots change needed to create a positive work environment
