We are treated like second class citizens, bullied by employees and management alike. Sams club cares more about numbers and results than how managers treat their employees to achieve those results.

Communicating with underlings without approaching with an angry, threatening, rude demeanor.

Honestly im happiest on the days i dont work with yari, shes the biggest bully ive ever dealt with in my life.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are all here to work and get a job done, some of the employees irrationally hate crossmark employees and actively bully them and try to make their jobs harder
