Its been decent. Staffing is an issue and some of the higher ups do not perform their jobs correctly. Other than that most things go smoothly and coworkers are great!

My coworkers are usually in good spirits which makes the work day fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most jobs right now are going for much more, almost all fresh departments are underpaid and leadership in store most definitely is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Corporate, I personally believe, is in over their heads with their demands as not doing the job has prevented them from understanding it. The leadership in the store is phenomenal though!
