Most of the team are very hard workers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs to improve communication because they are rarely in our department and they blame us when things don't get done, even though we're very understaffed and don't gave a team lead
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I have to pick up the slack from other employees and my team lead got away with not doing anything all day while i had to work twice as hard to make up for it
