The work is straightforward, but the onboarding is non-existent. Pay structure is weak at best
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Staff treat each other like enemies. There needs to be a restructuring at every level.
What makes you most happy at work?
Easy work. 8 hour shift gives me time to work on skills, hobbies, etc outside of work.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process was very disorganized. Streamline this process as well as onboarding. It's very confusing for any new hire coming in to know exactly what to do, who to talk to, who to report to, and the policies and procedures of the job.
