Well the pay was good but it doesn't help anymore the management is never nice always mean and telling you to do more why they do less they need to do more for us so we can be happy to go to work

We work as a team but we are the only one everyone else is just there
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well they used to pay more than a fast food place now it's about the same a McDonald's they need to do more to keep good workers like more money less drama
