Terrible management, terrible hour cuts. No feeling of togetherness among any associates. Most associates hate management with good reason. Most heartless group of people I've met in my life. The company has no HR line so management does whatever they feel like with 0 ethics.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customers, even the rude ones are the nicest people to expect within the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There needs to be a management reform before any employees feel comfortable in the workplace
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading in general. All team leads and lower level management has given up on trying to increase morale.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs a big reform and we need a true HR for employees re instated or for new management to be taught correct ethics
What are some of the best things about your team?
My base level co workers are some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. They single handedly take up the jobs of the team leads and management alike as they are the only ones who care enough about the job to do anything simply put.
