Clubs are horribly understaffed. They have no respect for the employees.

They need to be trained. Turnover is to high. No accountability. Attendance is out of control.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing positive about the company anymore. It is nowhere near the company I started working at 33 years ago.
