It was ok at first, but now the hours on my schedule are crazy the management are really reliable and you basically do everything while management barely help you out and there are time when they would not even care about the policy or the health safety of the workers for the customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have little respect to my team they don't really help out in their department so I have to help out or we fall behind and management gets on me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would be better if I would have a better schedule, a full time position, better benefits and have a little more respect for all the hardwork I'm been doing
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more open-mind in listening to their workers because most times the team lead don't really listen and just do what they want to do in their way.
