Actually caring about their employees. Have realistic expectations and create a safe space for coming forward with questions or concerns.

It didn't feel like an interview. Just a tour of what the job will be like, and seemed to just hire anyone.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Equipment and tools need to be improved and more accesible. There were many times where a forklift was tagged out for weeks or our scanners were scarce and hardly working.
