There has been an incredibly huge lack of training from the time I was hired until now. My new lead is a very hard worker and is striving hard to make necessary changes in my department. However, training seems to go by the way side as different managers try their hand at fixing things.
What makes you most happy at work?
Training/knowledge on how to go about tasks properly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were easy to talk to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have earned my respect by working as hard if not harder than me as well as problem solving when issues are made known.
