My team is just four associates that all strive for excellence in our department.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a 20+ year part time associate, I earn PTO the same as a full time 3 year associate. The stock purchase program has remained the same for many years with no increase. Salary cap has prevented no raise for myself in several years.
