Pay, dental and vision was good for part time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We worked as a team in spite of the lack of support from COS's or management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating the employees like human beings instead of workhorses. Whenever we were shorthanded which was all the time, COS's would ignore employee requests to go to the bathroom, going on breaks and lunches, working the exit door alone was horrible!!! Telzon would die and request for another ignored.
