I feel tgat my 3 months here hsve been extremely difficult. I work 12:30 to 9 almost every day in the cafe and theres never any help from anyone above the employees. I had to run cafe by myself one day doing what usually takes 4 people i did on my own.

teamwork, communication once again there needs to be a set role between everyone and managers once again.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
fairness, set roles, when a employee has an issue or a complaint expect it to be taken care of that day,
