Understaffed, i get paid less than newer coworkers with less experience and i havent personally experienced it yet but ive heard their quick to fire you

Many of my employees are very polite and amazing people to talk to on the down times

When we are properly staffed and equipt to do our job it makes time go by faster

It was the basic interview questions(what is customer service to you, past work experiences, how you deal with opposition)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scedueling us with our breaks in mind so we dont have 2-3 ppl with the same lunch or break time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid the sams or less than everyone inside the air conditioned store but i work outside wheather its raining snowing or 115?
