The beginning of my employment was amazing but as time has passed it has unfortunately changed to not wanting to be there all the time. I've gone from a love my job to it's a job attitude. I wanted to make a career with this company but I'm not sure anymore if it's even an option for me. Time to go.

The diversity of it's employees and what they can offer to the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They help you to meet your goals that you set up when you first started working.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managements in different departments not valuing their employees and other employees in different sections. Acknowledge their skills and what they can contribute.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being asked how and what could I bring to the company to help with making it successful, my experiences, my knowledge of the the department that I will be working in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My knowledge about my job isn't recognized by other senior leaders therefore besides being underpaid and overworked I'm treated like I'm not important. A pay raise or advancement in my department would be greatly appreciated.
