We work well together and communicate very effectively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to work outside where I can mostly work independently without someone constantly looking over my shoulder.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They company needs to properly pay their employees, especially the long term people who feel they have been cheated by the system.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat people fairly and not play favorites, and also communicate more effectively and take suggestions for seriously. No one likes to feel like they are being ignored.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked for the company too long to making almost the same amount as brand newbies, and I am barely making enough to support myself. The wealthiest company on the planet can do a lot better than that!
