Terrible! Intimidated! BULLIED!!!!! I don't want to go back.. we go through training and this location DOES NOT FOLLOW

Managers intimidate certain associates, undermine them, manager in our location makes certain associates cry..has been heard calling some of us 'idiots'
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Procedures on unloading merchandise from members cart changes too often.. with this company THE MEMBERS DO NOT MATTER.. IT SADDENS AND SCARES ME
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers in our location are terrible.. some of us cashiers compare notes..where some of us go home and cry..we don't want to come back into work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have a banner in our break room that reads 'MEMBERS ALWAYS WIN' and watching how some of our associates treat some of our members.. NO THEY DO NOT WIN!
