For the most part the environment is kept positive if you're working with people who are also working towards a goal with you
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They do have a payout for Sam's Share every year and each employee gets a bonus based on how the company did that year.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sometimes they will change schedules that have been set for a long time in order to make their lives easier instead of making their employees lives easier.
