There is very little incentive for being a long term associate.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company is so focused on saving a dime in payroll or expenses that they have created such a negative and understaffed work environment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I know that when I go to work I will be expected to give so much of myself but I will receive little no appreciation or recognition.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The upper management team is not concerned with the quality of life of associates in regards to creating a successful work environment. Most of the associates from cashier to market manager and everyone in between is constantly in fear of losing their job. It's a sad situation.
