Better mentorship for new hires.
Less micromanagement, less forced corporate culture, and better interpersonal skills with their employees.
Don't force the company culture and throw the books at employees. Treat the employees like human beings with lives and issues outside of work.
The work itself isn't unbearable, but dealing with management makes me hate every moment I'm at work. There's no communication with management when it matters, and too much when they're compelled to exert their authority onto others.
