To much favoritism. Expectations should be the same for all.

Treat associates better to increase morale, which in turn makes people work better.

Better staffing for better member service. Treat associates like people to improve morale.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After 20 years of being employed there, new associated start off at pay almost as much as I make. When minimum wage increases our wages should also.
