The company gets a negative review because of the size. But I have been able to support my family on the pay it provides

Has been positive but lately the negatives outweigh any positives . Especially with the directions the company is taking. Sam Walton did not develop this company the way they are going now. Associates are no longer first. They still preach the culture in the media but behind doors it is not there

We do act like and support each other like a family

PTO hours are allocated by number of years and hours you work.

We help teach each other. If one doesnt know something we help the other learn

They all back each other whether it is right or wrong to show a United team

The interviewer asked more than just the scripted questions. They spoke in depth about the company and how to promote
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training the management team more effectively. Managers are put in specific roles and they dont know the first thing about the area.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers make it worth going in to work for. We work as a team and help each other out where we can both at work and in our personal lives
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Higher levels do not know how to do the lower teams job. Then expect to tell us how it is supposed to be done without even knowing the correct terminology. Also they are downsizing

Our company starts higher than state minimum wage, we are offered benefits, stock purchase options that the company matches a percentage, pto time, 401k options which after 5 years the company starts putting in money also
