It has been great but unfortunately the environment keeps getting worse. And I can tell they want to make more money and cut more in resources

Hit or miss with the health insurance since I'm young but it's great in case of a big eventuality.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They try to make it seem as a family business but there's never recognition nor appreciation. Still tho managers try to be in a good mood, I guess that counts as a positive thing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You can't compete when the company has monopolized the market. There's not way to bring down such a giant and even with all their experiments they will always find a way to be fine since they heavily influence the market. You can't change the mentality of people who has it all.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If the company would allow or focus better on creating a team moral building environment rather than work hard, we take away benefits, and we'll make everyone feel like they are replaceable. By the way I'm not only an employee but I've been a manager and have seen that nasty attitude
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have a finance degree and I can tell you this company tries to make a lot of money in very absurd ways. I see a high employee turnover due to a lack of team moral regarding management re-structuring, HR gone and PTO policy changes. People are tired and team moral = performance. Make money smartly
