Bring back human resources at the club. The open door policy is officially non existent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It should go back to the old compensation package. Each year the higher ups take more and more from the little guy
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Asked yo do way too much work without adequate number of employees. Raises are also inadequate. 2 percent raise whether you deserve it or not

Company asks more and more from us. They don't understand what happens at the club levels. Now we are asked to do everyone's job duties. What a disaster
