What are some of the best things about your team?
In inadequate team support, and I'm not in the click of circle of friends. Treat like an outsider.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication, team support, and approval of my earn vacation without giving me a hard time by management. I work in Food department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No communication is the biggest problem no team support comes distance second. Manager don't follow up what the companies is requiring especially with the new changes.
